The Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering (ICME) guarantees all incoming PhD students fellowship support in the first year. Financial support via research and/or teaching assistantships is guaranteed through the completion of the program for students making satisfactory progress. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply for external fellowships.

For Fall 2023 applicants, the GRE is not required. GRE scores will not be accepted or considered as part of the MS or PhD application packet.
It is highly recommended, although not required, for Ph.D. applicants to take the GRE Subject Test in Math, Physics, or computer science.
GMAT scores cannot be substituted for the GRE score requirement.
