The program fees for the MECPS Program are the same for all students: California residents, US citizens and non-US citizens. The MECPS program fee for the 2020-2021 academic year is estimated to be $43,000 and does not include compulsory campus-based fees and the mandatory student health insurance fee. Final figures are subject to change and may differ from the amount shown. The university may impose additional fees. Some or all instruction for all or part of Academic Year 20-21 may be delivered remotely. Tuition and mandatory fees have been set regardless of the method of instruction and will not be refunded in the event instruction occurs remotely for any part of the Academic Year.
