Introduction
Overview
This course prepares students with molecular biological experiments. The contents will cover quantitative assay of protein, purification of protein by molecular sieve column chromatography, enzymatic kinetics of phosphoesterases, molecular weight assay of protein by SDS-PAGE, ELISA as well as preparation, digestion, PCR of plasmid and et al. The aim is to train students to master basic skills in molecular biological experiments.
